HANOI, Vietnam (AP) 鈥� Authorities in southern Vietnam say 15 Indian tourists have died after their speedboat capsized.
The boat was carrying 32 Indian tourists and four crew members when it capsized near Hon May Rut Ngoai Island off Vietnam鈥檚 Phu Quoc, the authorities said.
